Plazos de entregaFor products in stock we will deliver your purchases in the peninsula in 24/48 hours (working days) from receipt of the order. For products out of stock, delivery times are indicative and based on the services of our logistics operators. Remote areas may have an approximate delay of 1 day on the indicated deadlines.
Shipping
Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal: €12 per shipment.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €25 per shipment.
European Union: €25 per shipment
Order tracking
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and as soon as we deliver it to the courier, you will receive another so that you know at all times how your order is.

Cancellations and Returns
The consumer may request the cancellation of the PRODUCT, without justifying his decision, up to 4 business days from the start of the activity at no cost on the agreed final price.
BARMEL, reserves the right to charge up to 40% of the agreed final cost for cancellations up to 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the activity.
BARMEL, will not pay any amount if the cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours or the user does not take the tour on the agreed date and time. In the event of any justified cancellation, BARMEL will pay free of charge on the final agreed amount.
To request cancellation/return:
The consumer must send a request for cancellation/return and/or modification of the PRODUCT, by writing to info@barmecorp.com, or by calling 34 673 90 7615, during office hours from Monday to Friday (from 09:30 to 18:00). )
In case of emergency, the consumer can contact BARMEL outside the hours indicated above. To be served, the consumer must indicate their name and reservation number indicated on the purchase voucher, in the email info@barmelcorp.com
A resolved return has a refund period of 24/48 hours once the request is approved.
